I live with a rare genetic disorder—Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (vEDS)—and understand firsthand the emotional and physical complexities of high-risk pregnancies and chronic health challenges. A recent medical scare (a day I will never forget) invited me into a deeper layer of healing and growth, one that has strengthened my calling to support other women facing their own turning points. You are not alone in your fear, your fatigue, or your quiet longing to feel whole again.
As I continue to evolve—shifting how I nourish my body, care for my nervous system, and tend to my inner world—my husband has been my greatest supporter.
Together, we are raising two bi-cultural children, and our family life is a beautiful blend of cultures, perspectives, and everyday lessons. This ongoing journey of healing and growth has deepened my understanding of the unique joys and challenges that come with the ever-changing rhythm of motherhood. I’m still learning—especially on the harder parenting days—and I’ve come to see each “setback” as a sacred opportunity to pause, reflect, and grow.
No matter where you are on your motherhood journey—raising toddlers or teens, trying to conceive, or feeding a newborn in the quiet hours—I’m here to support and cheer you on every step of the way.
