I am delighted you’re here.

I invite you to join me for a 6 or 12-month journey (your choice), where together we normalize that being a mom is difficult and help you create more peace in your daily life. Yes, peace because moms are worthy of so much because you are still YOU and deserving of all you desire.

Have you ever felt like you need to be superhuman? Do your friends call you "super mom"? Is your mind always racing? Do you second guess yourself? Or, maybe the laundry needs to be done before resting.

The truth is that being a mom, caring for our kiddos, working (part-time, full-time, stay-at-home-mom, hybrid), managing finances, and nurturing our relationships is challenging. It's okay to say it's hard. It's okay to acknowledge that we’re struggling. It's okay to have good days and days that feel like an uphill battle.

What’s not okay? Doing it alone. I don’t do it alone either. And most importantly, you don’t need to do it alone either.


How I Support You

I support moms, including moms-to-be, in cultivating peace in their daily lives and gaining greater autonomy in their routines. Whether this means carving out guilt-free “me-time,” aligning with your truest desires, or simply needing a safe space to vent because your kids snapped your last nerve... I’m here for you.

It still happens to me too. But now, after over 13 years on my own healing journey, I have a support system and tools that help me embrace more grace, compassion, love, joy, and ease in my life. These are the same tools I’ll teach you to incorporate into your life, giving you a solid foundation.

No drastic changes required here. You can keep your social media, enjoy your wine or tea after the kids are asleep—what we’re doing is helping YOU connect with yourself more deeply, so you can invite more of what your heart truly desires into your life.


Our Journey Together

During our time together, I will guide you and walk by your side. You get to move at your own pace with me cheering you along every step of the way. Trust me, I love celebrating even the smallest victories.

I promise to help guide you towards emotional well-being, teaching you to soothe your fearful anxious parts. I am here to walk beside you every step of the way and remind you that YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH & DESERVING OF SUPPORT.

I also love career shifts! Whether you're transitioning from full-time work to full-time mom-life or embracing a new purpose, I'm here to support you. Having experienced several career shifts myself, I've learned to embrace both the fear and excitement that come with big life changes. My MBA brain and business experience have taught me to navigate these transitions with strategy and confidence, and now it's my passion to help others do the same. I'd love to support you in your journey!

No matter what you are going through, I will create a safe, judgement-free container for you. I will always be your cheer leader, providing guidance and encouragement.

Protect Your Peace (PYP) Audio Program

As a child, our inner critic kept us safe and showed up as one of three patterns – Perfection, People Pleasing, and Pretending to be Super Human. NOW as an adult, they are causing you TONS of stress … maybe even a health issue (pain, headaches, insomnia). These patterns might also be negatively impacting your relationships, money, and your career/purpose. 
 
In this audio program, I help you … 

  • Soothe your inner critic, 

  • Soothe the inner child that is afraid,

  • Release the extremes of these patterns,

  • Align with yourself, find balance, and Protect Your Peace.

Your People Pleaser ... 
Says yes when you really want to say no, and puts others' wants, needs, desires before your own. It causes overwhelm, depression, and negative symptoms in your body. Let’s gently release the “need to please” and invite more of what you want into your life by nurturing the fearful parts of you. 

Your Pretending To Be Super Human ... 
Thinks we need to do more to be loved, good enough, or to succeed. It has trouble asking for support because we should be able to do it all alone (or something must be wrong with us). Your schedule is too busy, you work too much, and eventually you crash and burn, only to “reset” and start up again. And yes, caring for your children is also work. The truth is that we all need time to play, rest, and heal so we can overflow our cup and be the contribution we are here to be in the world (AND be able to show up for our loved ones). Getting support and delegating is necessary, not a luxury. Let go of the beliefs that you must do more (and more … and more) to be worthy, lovable, or have abundance/success.  

Your Perfectionist … 
Beats you up for making mistakes and tells you “you’re not good enough” or “you’re just not that important”.
