It still happens to me too. Except now I have a support system and tools to help me receive more grace, compassion, love, joy, and ease in my life. The support and tools I use daily are the same ones I teach you to incorporate into your life.

We’re not ripping a bandage, I’m not taking your social media away, you can still drink wine or beer or that fancy tea you drink when the kids go to sleep.

What we are doing is helping you connect with yourself more so you too can receive more grace, compassion, love, joy, ease, and whatever else your heart desires into your life.

During our time together, I will guide you and walk by your side. You get to move at your own pace with me cheering you along every step of the way. Seriously, ask anyone, I love to celebrate even the littlest wins.

Hi there! I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m Laura (she/her), a Connection Coach certified in the Therapeutic Meditation Process™ (TMP) and Release The 3P’s™ (perfection, people pleasing, and pretending to be superhuman). I’m also a mom, an Excel spreadsheet nerd, a musician, a poetry novice, and a recovering superhuman.

I used to work 40+ hour weeks and completed an MBA part-time while maintaining those insane hours. Phew!

P.S. I also love career shifts! Whether you’re going from full-time paid work to full-time (unpaid) mom-work, or you’ve been home with the kids for a while and want to embrace your purpose, I am here to support you. I have had several purpose/career shifts along the way and with each shift I have learned to embrace the scary and exciting aspects that come hand-in-hand with these big life changes . It’s my jam and I’d love to help you with yours.

Says yes when you really want to say no, and puts others' wants, needs, desires before your own. It causes overwhelm, depression, and negative symptoms in your body. Let’s gently release the “need to please” and invite more of what you want into your life by nurturing the fearful parts of you. 

Your Pretending To Be Super Human ... 
Thinks we need to do more to be loved, good enough, or to succeed. It has trouble asking for support because we should be able to do it all alone (or something must be wrong with us). Your schedule is too busy, you work too much, and eventually you crash and burn, only to “reset” and start up again. And yes, caring for your children is also work. The truth is that we all need time to play, rest, and heal so we can overflow our cup and be the contribution we are here to be in the world (AND be able to show up for our loved ones). Getting support and delegating is necessary, not a luxury. Let go of the beliefs that you must do more (and more … and more) to be worthy, lovable, or have abundance/success.

FREE WORKSHOPS

Several times a year, I offer free workshops where I pick a topic that resonates with my free community and has directly impacted my life.

Each workshop is 90 minutes long on a Saturday morning (eastern standard time) where we get together over Google Meet , get cozy, and carve out the time to connect with ourselves in a nurturing way. Everyone is always muted as I am teaching, and it is a safe place where you can be on or off video.

You get access to an introduction video when you sign-up. I find this is the best way to help you get to know me and to ease any anxiety when showing up for something new.
