Hi mama,

Welcome to this safe space—I’m truly glad you’re here. I know how difficult it can be to reach out for and receive the support you need.

Through my journey—from earning my MBA and stepping into my first teaching job to running a business and homeschooling my children—I often struggled to seek help. Facing the fear of the unknown that came with receiving support wasn't easy.

Fast forward to today, and I mindfully, intentionally carve out the time I need to put my self-care at the top of my list. Sometimes, I still struggle with asking for that help and remind myself that we’re not meant to live this life alone. We can parent our beautiful children with a team of supporters that feels good for us. Asking for the help we need? It’s really strong of us to do so.

Your first step in exploring ways for us to work together is having an introductory private session with me. This is the best way for you and I to see if we are a good fit (and also to decide which program option would best if you would like my ongoing support).

Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short intake form to share details about your health, current/past experiences, and personal goals. We will use this information to shine a light on your challenges and also decide what to focus on to support your healing journey and achieve your desires.

During our 60-minute session via Google Meet we can focus on the following:

  • Self-Connection: Learn to connect deeply with your true self and uncover the root of your emotions.

  • Empowerment: Shift limiting beliefs and patterns like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and pretending to be superhuman.

  • Balance: Discover practical tools to build a balanced life and embrace all that life has to offer.

  • Peace: Create daily moments of peace and clarity amidst the chaos of motherhood.

At the end of the session, if it feels right, we will discuss the details on how you can begin your Protect Your Peace Program.

As a working mom running two businesses—including a virtual project management business—Laura understands the juggling act required to balance personal and professional life. She has successfully navigated two high-risk pregnancies and deliveries due to Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Laura empowers women to make necessary shifts before and after their babies arrive, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. She provides support through virtual private sessions and programs.
