Embracing the New Year
2025 started with solitude, reflection, and intentions.
Welcome to the new year! I know I’m a couple of weeks “late” but I feel like I’m right on time.
Every year, after the holiday season, I take time to go inward. I reflect on the past year, releasing what I do not want to carry forward, and set new desires for the year ahead—things I can activate every morning and start planting the seed for in my life.
Here are my desires for 2025:
⭐ Self-connection is my priority.
⭐ I am safe to be fully me.
Much of the work I do is about emotional healing and connecting with yourself. It’s about creating a safe space where we can show up, learn, grow, nurture, and heal. And most importantly, reminding ourselves that we are NOT alone. It is safe to be ourselves now and prioritize our well-being so we can truly show up for our children and loved ones.
